Default Today's "Haul"

I know that compared to some "hauls" I've seen, this isn't much, but it's two month's earlier than usual and I'm happy! It's finally starting!

From left to right: Black from Tula, Green Zebra Cherry, and four Plucky F2 cherries (Dwarf Tomato Project), plus I just picked two more from Plucky that aren't in the photo! The Black from Tula will sit out on the counter for a day or two before I taste it, the Green Zebra Cherry was disappointing (picked way too early), and the Plucky cherries continue to be an absolute delight (the first was at 49 days)!

Hey, it's a start!

Robin

Beautiful, Robin, and congratulations on the early beginning! Here's hoping you have a bountiful harvest for the rest of the season.

That's lovely! Pretty tomatoes!

Better haul than mine, so far, two cherry sunsugar, and two first lady. No pics though, we ate them too quick!

So that's what Black from Tula looks like! I've seen it mentioned here many times, but never got around to looking it up. Very nice looking tomatoes. Here's to many more!

Pretty tomatoes! I've never grown Black from Tula, but I have this tiny little spudatula plant that I seeded late, then wasn't sure what to do with, but ended up planting it. It's only a foot tall and has several tomatoes on it that yanked it over onto the ground (it looks pretty funny being so small with those fruits). Wondering if it will actually produce anything worthwhile. Yours looks delicious!

That's a great photo, Robin! That Black from Tula looks really nice I've never grown it but I always hear great things about it.
