Default Insects? Disease?

This doesn't seem to be on my tomato plants (yet anyway) - but here are some pictures of a pepper plant (multiple are like this) and a tomatillo plant. They are not adjacent to each other in the garden.

The tomatillo anyway, they holes are right through.

Does it look like insect damage?

Yep, looks like insect damage. Did you look on the bottom of the leaves for any critters that might still be there?

Looks like flea beatle damage. Teensy, tiny holes are the damage they leave behind. They really like my eggplant!

yep, flea beetles are all over and love eggplant the best. dust the plants with DE and they'll die after eating it.

Interesting, since there is an eggplant between the peppers and the tomatillo, and not a mark on it. I think I have some DE around here, or I definitely have some Sevin.

Last year they got my eggplants so bad I pulled them up and potted them and then they FINALLY set flowers and fruits in late August. This year I found a bunch of dead buggers on the bottoms of leaves; apparently, they ate the DE, so I'm pretty confident it works well
