Default Disease Tolerance of Cherry Tomatoes

I don't know if it's just a coincidence but I've noticed that my cherry tomatoes seem to better at staying free of diseases common to other plants. Many of my cherry plants are still producing fruit that has little if any sign of blight.

Have others had the same experience?
