no problem here snatching a hornworm off my mater plants! now those awful frass-producing pickle worms in the cukes & those squash borers that get inside the squash vines & are gooey wet & acting like they'll pinch you when you try to extract them... blech!
Too bad the hornworms do such damage to mater plants - they make a dramatic moth. http://whaticaught.com/nature-outdoo...nworm-moth.htm
