Default Cracking skin as it ripens

Pix #2 is the first Red Sweet Cherry Pepper, and it is doing the same thing as the first Peppadew (supposed to be Peppadew). The skin shows these marks. I've grown bell types before and did not encounter this before. Watering has been very consistent - no plus - no minus. Temps have just recently shot up into the mid 90's with low 70's at night. Any ideas about what I can do different to prevent this.

Any help would be appreciated. Peppadew on left and Red Sweet Cherry on right.
