Default Red Siberian

Many of my tomatoes and peppers are potted up and being hardened off and all of them look great except for a couple of Red Siberians. They are just wilting after looking good for a week after potting up. The lower leaves just hang totally limp and the top is starting to just lay over. It seems to be a blight or wilt but it has not affected any of my other tomatoes. I now have them separated but looks like they won't make it.
I was just wondering if this variety is more susceptible to disease than most? Has anyone else had this trouble with this variety?
