Is this bacterial speck or spot?

I have some tumbling toms hanging from the side of the house and they had an enourmous amount of water pour into them from the roof from a big rainstorm two weeks ago. It clearly stressed them. I have attached some pics, do you think this may just be symtoms of a stressed plant or do they have a disease like bacterial spec or spot?
