blackberries -- little white worms
So yesterday, just after I'd eaten my breakfast of oats and lots of blackberries, someone at the community garden told me that someone else had little white worms in her blackberries.
I looked at my blackberries today, and sure enough, little white worms squirming around the core of the berries. Only 1-2 worms per berry (that I saw), and not in every berry, but still.... Does this sound familiar to anyone? Should I eat them anyway? Compost them? What? (I know all about google searches, but my aged computer and slow connection won't connect to any of the pages that might have info. So until I can get to another computer, I thought I'd ask here.) |
