Sophie's Choice - 18 hrs!
Thursday night, I started my first few tomatoes - Sophie's Choice, Glacier, Yamal, and a few others. This morning, 4 of the 5 Sophie's Choice seeds had already sprouted - less than 18 hours!
I use the paper towel/baggie method, so it's interesting to see just how quickly the roots emerge. I don't remember any of mine being quite so snappy last year. |
