Default Not sure what this is

ok, so I have explored this topic for the last hour or so and everything I saw I thought oh, thats my problem. since I am thinking I don't have 20 different diseases I thought I would ask.

The first two pics are of my Gigantesque plant. I am growing in earthtainers. It started yellowing on the bottom and I just thought I had over watered the top since I probably watered from the top longer then I should have and it was probably getting water from the wick and the top. although I have stopped the top watering the yellow has continued up the middle of the plant. Not sure if it is related but every tomato that has grown ended up with Ber.

The other pictures are random issues with leaves. Everything continues to grow and there are lots of tomatoes but i am just wondering if I need to do something? I am really hoping that what ever this is it doesn't kill off all my plants. This is the first time for me in earthtainers and everything was growing so well....... any help would be appreciated.
