Dito on the Datil pepper. Datil has become my number one favorite HOT pepper, hot yes but has a ton of flavor. The best. The seeds are almost impossible to find. I live in Michigan and these plants need a long growing season, Datil is famous in St Augistine Florida and there is an interresting story behind these peppers. I had 4 plants and they produced 6 peppers each before the frost killed them. If my growing season was longer these plants would have produced a ton of peppers. In 2012 I will try growing them in containers in the greenhouse to extend their growing season, then I should have plenty to go around.
