Insects? Disease?
This doesn't seem to be on my tomato plants (yet anyway) - but here are some pictures of a pepper plant (multiple are like this) and a tomatillo plant. They are not adjacent to each other in the garden.
The tomatillo anyway, they holes are right through. Does it look like insect damage?
