I love all the gardens in theses pics.I live here in S Florida 1mile east of the Everglades and 5 miles from the beginning of the Keys and large determinates are not one that grows well for me.I grow a lot of cherrys.I do grow some blacks with good success but I have been told and do practice taking off the smaller emerging maters from the bunches of the ones that are almost ready for harvest.I find these never amount to anything by the time the plant meets its demise.Do all the "northern"gardners leave these smaller maters and even blooms on for the chance they might emerge or pull them thinking they sap the growth of thier cousins or do they grow out? Also if you leave the babys on and pull the larger will the others fill in right away or are they doomed.
