Favorite low/moderate heat (<= 1000 scoville) varieties
Mine so far are Beaver Dam, Black Hungarian, and an unlabeled seasoning type that someone sent me a couple of years ago.
I particularly like Beaver Dam because it works so well as a stuffer. And yours? |
