Default sweet, mild pepper

Would like some suggestions for sweet, mild peppers that grow small, maybe in container, but produce well. I need the "easy, can't kill..lol" ones to begin with so I will have a good chance of success. I use them in salads, stuffing, pizza, sauerkraut, etc. I know mild is depending on your taste but want something I can eat without turning red, eyes watering, etc...lol And maybe one that I can pick, eat, fresh.. Thanks
