Default Is this mold on my Satsuma leaves?

Grabbed this leaf to get a better look at it and it fell off in my hand. Is this mold or something else? Most of the leaves look healthy, though everything is kinda droopy (I'm assuming from the heat). My Seto Satsuma is in a large pot on my apartment patio. Just planted in the Spring, and no fruit or blossoms have ever come of it. This was a lower leaf. And sorry if the image is huge, can't resize on my phone.
