Danvers 126 carrots
I have some pretty bad soil for growing carrots here. It's heavy clay and even with the enormous amount of compost that I have added over the years it's still not good for carrots.
Last season I tried Danvers 126 carrots and they did better than any other carrot variety that I have ever grown. Just thought this might help out others with clay soil that want to grow carrots. Jim |
