Fruit Rot
Yesterday while removing an Arkansas Traveler that had been damaged by birds I also noticed a rotten green fruit on the plant. No black spots, just a mushy green fruit that practically fell from the plant when I touched it. I noticed the same thing on most of the fruit of a Celebrity I grew in an Earth box a few years ago. Any ideas?
Note, this plant is in the same bed where I noticed some lower leaves wilting recently, but that appears to have cleared up. The same bed has had one plant affected by BER and has also had a few signs of Early Blight |
