That's an absolutely gorgeous bloom! That shade of red is pleasing; combined with the yellow at the margins really makes it stand out. How do they smell?

It looks as though the petals were painted by hand, with the subtle striping. I agree that it's a really attractive flower. I take it that the variety is named Mr. Optimist? Mrs. M. asked me to find out.
