Default HELP! My baby is sick!

I just planted a pink brandywine and yesterday I went out to check on my baby and much to my dismay there were small yellow spots on all the leaves. I have been covering them at night because it is still chilly at night. The plant is in a earthtainer with a big boy bunkmate that is un effected. I use separate buckets to cover the two and am wondering if i should euthanize this guy to spare the other or if there is something else I can do to get it back on track. Thanks in advance!

Can you get a pic for us? Would help determining what is going on.
