Default cucumber mosaic virus

I just pulled out 5 tomato plants that I think had cucumber mosaic virus. Several other plants seem to be infected, but not severly. Pink Berkly Tie Dye might be infected (has a pretty good fruit set), and Dancing With Smurfs has some bluish tomatoes on it- it is clearly infected.

Should I pull out all that show any signs of being infected?
Can I replant in the same spot ?
