Help me figure this out.

I have 2 x Ace 55 plants. 1 is doing well, the other not.

Check out the pic.

Is this related to the cypress tree near it? I have a Amish paste in another box near the cypress as well, but its doing great.

I have not sprayed any weed killer in that area either...

It looks like a virus.
