A good possibility,

There are two kinds of Powdery Mildew and they aren't that easy to tell apart in the initial stages, but the Oidium one speaks more to circular light green lesions than does the Leveillula one.

However the possible treatment is the same, so I wouldn't worry that much about which specific Powdery Mildew it is.
