What Jalapenos for stuffing.
This summer a coworker of mine talked me into trying some stuffed Jalapenos.
They were so good that I want to grow my own plants from seed next year. Can you pepper experts recommend some good varieties for me to try? Thanks a bunch. Tim |

Do you want them hot, medium or mild?
I grew Primavera this year and some of them seemed to have almost no heat at all. If you want a very mild jalapeno, Primavera is it. Vigorous plants and productive http://www.chilepepperinstitute.org/...mex_primavera/ I might try saving some seed, but I had honey bees, and differnt peppers in proximity, so no telling what I'll get. Tomato growers supply has a huge choice of peppers that I think would do just fine for stuffing.

Ole is a very large jalapeno which would be suitable for stuffing.
