Default Tiny holes in leaves and curling?

I just transplanted over 60 seedlings about a week ago and everything was fine until a couple of days ago I noticed some tiny holes on about 20 or so of the plants. Also some of the plants are starting to bend upwards in a Y shape and some have leaves are curling. I have 3 pictures. 1 of each of the symptoms can someone id these please. Also I did not find any insects on them.

Regarding the branches "praying" upward, I have often seen this when the plant is stressed - - either right after potting up - or transplant into the ground. I wouldn't worry about it other than no new fertilizer and let the soil dry out a bit.

As to the spotting - have you applied any foliar sprays to the leaves? It might not necessarily be insects which have caused the white spots on the leaves.

I have not used any foliar sprays but droplets of water might have gotten on them. Also it is very humid inside my greenhouse. Can humidity cause some of these things.

I have now noticed a few spider mites on the underside of the leaves that have white spots on them. They must be in their early stage because they havent done much damage yet. I am thinking of spraying with neem oil. Will neem hurt seedlings? Or is there something better for seedlings?

I don't think Neem Oil alone will solve the Spider Mite problem.

I would kick it up a bit, and use this:

Can be found at most Nurseries and on-line.
