What is this disease?

I've got one Patio plant which has had some issues regarding the leaves and disease. It started off with the bottom leaves turning yellow. I was told that this might be due to nitrogen deficiencies so I purchased some tomato fertilizer and have religiously followed the instructions.

After that the leaves started to get little brown spots ringed in yellow which I felt to be either early blight or bacterial leaf spot.

As the plant had several large tomatoes on it I didn't want to destroy it so, being that it was in a pot, I moved it to the other side of the house, trimmed the affected leaves and have begun a HEAVY treatment with an organic fungicide. Is there any hope for this plant? Can blight be contained or slowed with fungicide treatment and removal of damaged leaves?

I'm leaning towards bacterial leaf spot as fruit has not been damaged.

None of my other plants appear to have been affected.

After further investigation I'm hoping it's not Early Blight.

A few of mine started to develop those spots. So far the concensus is Septoria and spider mites. I'm definitely seeing mites on other plants that don't have the larger dark spot. Check the underside of the leaves.
