Default Can anyone ID this Pepper Issue?

Got this one from a nursery.. it's a Jalapeno. It produced 2 peppers and then suddenly dropped all blossoms and got sudden leaf curl, now it's stunted and has spots?

I just want to make sure what this is before I decide to move my 30 seedlings into the vicinity. It is in a container.. we have had a TON of rain but it is well drained and not muddy? could it be too much water? or a fungus from the dampness?

Pepper Spot?

I am just new to this, thou I looked it up I found a dozen things it could be.. Just hoping someone see's it and recognizes it.

link below to photo's and thanks in advance!

I Hope the photo's are clear enough.

I would say it is caused by alternaria.
