I am growing NuMex Heritage 6-4 this year that Michael (mdvpc) so kindly sent me seeds of, and it is one smooth tasting pepper. Which of the NuMex Anaheim types would be the next step up in terms of heat? Not HOT, one step at a time......I'm a baby at this hot pepper thing.
