Help ID an heirloom squash

So I'm in the hospital with my wife who is in labor and I'm trying to finish the photo project we've put together for during the pregnancy. We noticed every book/app that tells you what is happening each week of pregnancy compares the size of the baby to some food item so we started taking photos of food that was the right size. The last few weeks have been various heirloom squashes and I've forgotten the name of week 39 squash.
