Growing Thornless Boysenberries from seed... Help

Is it possible to grow from seed? I got some seeds in a trade and can't find any info on the web about how to do it or if it even will work. Does anyone have any info or tips on how to start them? I'm in zone 10. Thank you

Boysenberries are a cross between a raspberry and a blackberry popularized by Knotts Berry Farm. See the good thread going right now on raspberries. That will get you started. The "from seed" part may be tricky. First you have to get the seedlings started growing. Most vine fruits are started from a cutting or piece of rootstock.

Thanks Paul, I have been reading the raspberry thread, very informative. I guess I'll just use the baggie method with my seeds and see if it works, couldn't hurt.
