Looking for Masterblend Tomato/Lettuce Fertilizer 4-18-38

Anyone know of any sources for hydroponics fertilizer simular to Masterblend 4-18-38 with micro nutrients? I know that morgancountyseeds carries it, but I live in the Bay Area of California and was hoping to find a source closer. Hydro-gardens is another source but I would have to buy 25 pounds if I buy through them.

If I can't find a local retailer, any one want to split a shipment?
Anyone already have some in the San Jose area, I would like to trial it and don't want to have to buy 25 pounds to do it.

Anyone growing hydroponic Lettuce?
I am looking for a low cost solution and nutrients that is affordable?
The rain gutter and raft methods seem to work the best.
