Here they are 23 days after plant out. The PL has fruit set, the other two are getting close-and the temps have been around 95-100 degrees for our high, which lows about 75-80. Very healthy plants.

Jeff-these guys will be able to grow until middle of October here and hopefully produce a lot of fruit. I am getting ready to start my greenhouse varieties in a week or so. Going to use the global buckets on them also.

Love the global bucket idea I have grown tomatoes and squash in buckets before but never SWC style. Today I went to an oyster house and it hit me, oyster sacks would be perfect for grow bags, has anyone tried this? I will be picking some up on Friday from the restaurant. Of course the best part I'm getting them for free. I also thought about sand bags but they don't stand on end very well.

People on the RGGS swear by the blue Walmart shopping bags (50cents each) to use a grow bags. Phenomenal results - go to youtube and look for Larry Hall and his corn!
