Can't open photos

My computer crashed awhile back and have been working to set all back up the way I like it. Checked FAQ to see if there is a program I need to install so I can view pics, found nothing helpful. Help Please

When I click on the thumbnail I get the black pane
, the circle in the center rotates once and then stops.

Some of the newer picts are not working. some kinda change at T-ville. the need to be a certain size or something. Is it all the Picts or just a few? we are all having problems with some of them, hence the testing photos tab.

I've been having that same problem for a few months now. But I discovered that if I click on the first picture, wait for the circle to stop revolving, close it and try to open the 2nd picture (same revolving circle), close it, then go back and open the first picture -- the picture will then open immediately. It there's only one picture, it will also open the second time I try it. See if that works for you.

Try right click on thumbnail, then "open in new window"from menu choices.
