Salad " red of Grenoble " sowed alone at the foot of a comfrey. Diameter 50 cms height 30 cm

Do you know sucrine and Alphange black seed (Registered vimorin catalog in 1880) ?

I also love Romaine's but have not grown those varieties before. Sucrine is also known as Little Gem here. Please, post some pictures.
