First cherry tomato
I'm still trying to figure out how to post pictures, so hope this works. Here's a shot of my first ripe tomato, from a Juliet I transplanted 2/22 into a Global Buckets style SIP. (It's actually the 3rd ripe one, but I ate the other 2 before I thought to take a picture!) I picked up the plant from a local nursery without knowing anything about it, other than the tag said "Early" - which it definitely is!
The second is a picture of my garden - I started with 1 raised bed last year, then added the smaller bed, 4 SIPs based on Ray's method, and some containers this spring. Having a lot of fun with this - thanks for your advice, everyone! |

You California guys are killing me! We had a light frost couple days ago! I don't even have plants in the ground yet!
