Navaho (Navajo) Peppers
The Navaho peppers I grew were large, very sweet and mildly hot with a Scoville heat somewhere between 1000 and 2000. They were fairly thick walled and great as a stuffer, but I also used them as a sliced pepper in salads and on pizzas. Nice productivity too. My seed source for this variety of pepper was Tatiana Kouchnareva (Tatiana's TOMATObase). Thanks Tania!

Navajo is one I want to show to my wife. She likes peppers in that lower Scoville range.
They really look good. |

Thank you Dutch! I am so happy to hear that Navaho performed so well for you. We love it too. I dried it, and adding it to an omelette makes it so tasty.
