This is Bacterial spots. I had that last year. Tomatoes will have them as well, if not treated. I did not know what it was at a time (it was not as much as you have) so I did nothing and got them on tomatoes as well.
Coper is the recommended treatment.

I have been watching the plant and have sprayed copper twice so far. The disease is spreading quite slowly now. Typically I find one leaf infected with a spot every other day. I remove that leaf and keep watching. Hopefully in a week, its totally gone |
