Default is this septoria leaf spot?

Does this look like septoria? (on blush tomato)

I have removed all the foliage that had spots and sprayed the plant with copper after removing affected leaves. Hoping that this lets the plant live and produce

This is Bacterial spots. I had that last year. Tomatoes will have them as well, if not treated. I did not know what it was at a time (it was not as much as you have) so I did nothing and got them on tomatoes as well.
Coper is the recommended treatment.

Thanks Ella
I have been watching the plant and have sprayed copper twice so far. The disease is spreading quite slowly now. Typically I find one leaf infected with a spot every other day. I remove that leaf and keep watching. Hopefully in a week, its totally gone
