Tips of the new leaves are brown
I was shocked to disover that 2 of my plants are having trouble
The tips of their newest leaves are getting brown/wilted and the leaves below already start losing their color and they are getting "crispy" and break when you touch them. The rest of the plant looks normal. Any ideas what this is? |

I'm still not sure what it is and if it is a serious problem or not... It doesn't really seem to spread so far and maybe it's just some kind of damage that was not caused by a disease? Looked trough a lot of picture galleries with images of diseases and other things but didn't find something looking like my plant.
Not to sure what to do... I've removed all the dead parts. |

It is still so humid that I'm thinking about applying a copper spray... Certainly not the perfect option but it seems like the rain and humidity won't stop soon and I've already seen a lot of diseased plants in my neighborhood.
It's way to early in the season to risk losing my plants.... |

Don't think it's the copper. More likely nutritional, at least the first set, like too much amoniacal nitrogen. It should grow out of it eventually.

I haven't sprayed yet. But today I found one leaf that showed signs of early blight I mean, it's one month after plant out date...
I even have some rain protection but because of the storms the plants get wet anyways.. I've ordered the spray online I hope it'll arrive soon. |
