Trying something new

My first post here on the site, last years results with my grow bag tomatoes were great, but they were all about the size of a tennis ball. So this year after asking friends who grow tomatoes I went with 2 Jet Star & 2 Big Boy I want big tomatoes That I can slice. Am I asking to much expecting to grow large plants in a 7 gal grow bag? So far after 5 weeks of growth they have plenty of blooms and small green fruits that are growing. Here's what I'm adding to promote good growth I use a foliar spray of Epsom salt 1 tsp to 2 qts. of water and also calcium nitrate 1/2 tsp per gal of water both sprays are used 3 times a week to aid in blossom development and to prevent blossom end rot on my tomatoes & peppers. Is their anything I'm forgetting to use with these large variety tomatoes? Here's a pic hope it turns out...

I grew up with Jet Star. It's the variety my grandparents grew in the late 80's as market vendors. I think it was the best-tasting hybrid for a long time. Big Beef came along later, and I can't tell the two apart flavor-wise, but for container or grow bag purposes, Jet Star should be better for you, as it is a more compact-growing plant. And Big Boy isn't awful, but I think you'll like the Jet Star better.

Also, BER is caused by inconsistent moisture, even though it displays as a calcium deficiency. Just don't let them get too dry, or stay water-logged too long.
