Nice surprise between Storms today -
I heard the distinctive call, went outside with my camera, and was pleased to see that we were visited by an impressive friend for 30 min or so (with the pine tree weren't so tall, and he/she wasn't so high up in it....but thanks goodness for 12X zooms!). Also snapped a pic of the driveway march of the growbags...those dwarfs are putting on some size!

Gene, as you can tell, it has been quite a few years since a basketball has been dribbled on the driveway or a layup made!
Bluebirds are nesting in the pole!

I wish we could buy the same grow bags over here in the Uk as you all seem to do in the USA, ours are always those flat pillows type and not so good to work with, whilst your grow bags look more ideal for the job.

Michael, get them through Peaceful Valley Organics
http://www.groworganic.com/default.html?welcome=T - perhaps their UK shipping costs aren't so bad?

I miss the cry of the Pileated as it flew between trees. Now, if you can keep those plants looking that beautiful for a few more months.
