Great news picked of a couple of Cowhorns today a Lowe's. Boy howdy were they busy in the garden section.

Good Deal! I have 2 of them same cowhorn's from lowe's from bonnie, and they have about 4" long peppers on them, once they are ready I'll test them hot and try to gauge hotness and reply to this thread...

Well I picked one, it's about 6 inches long, still green, i understand they are really ripe when red. Brought it into work for the Texan who sits beside me. He piles on Jalapeños when we go to subway or for pizza. He nippled on the end, took another nibble and said "you call this hot?". I said yeah I think it's as hot as a Jalapeño at least, if not hotter. So then he bit off a 1/2 inch from the bottom, got a few seeds and some membrane, and then he left his desk immediately for some water. He hasn't touched it since. hahahahah I love it.
