How much tomato tone for a 5 and 10 gallon smartpot?

I failed miserably in reducing my grow list this year and will be overflowing by three plants into smart pots. I grow in ground and in earth boxes so this will be a new adventure.

I am putting a dwarf in a 5 gallon smart pot and a semi-determinate in a 10 gallon model. I'm hoping these size grow bags will accommodate these size plants. My question is, how much tomato tone should I use in each at transplant?
