dang squirrel! not only took a bite out of the 2nd ripe orange Russian 117 I got, but it had to be the biggest one in the plant! lol----tom

After seeing the picture, I would have said DANG too. I know I've most likely seen other pictures of squirrel bite damage here, but I won't forget that picture.

Suggest to pick at first blush, they will ripen nicely if left on a countertop, virtually no loss of flavor. Saves them from the critters.
