Extra peppers?

I added a recipe below in the recipe section that is great for gift giving and uses up bunches of habaneros.

Thanks for the post Rena.

I checked it out and now I feel chuffed coz this is more or less what I did with jars of peppers back in May.. mainly jals and stuff. Added a touch of sugar, boiled the mix, then poured it on... they are in the fridge awaiting salsa-making time.

I sent my extra habs interstate to a sauce maker but am not sure if they arrived as I haven't heard from him in the last few days... fingers crossed.
