Did you spray the plant with anything a few days before you noticed this?

Not intentionally. It's possible my sprayer shot some overspray onto them from a distance while doing a soil drench of neem and soap to get rid of fungus gnats and mites in another container. Not positive though, none of my other plants have exhibited those spots yet so I'm hoping that's what it was.
