Getting ready for the next batch of salsa I came across this pepper with an extra appendage:

LMAO, that's a cool one!!! I get a few funky ones here and there too. I have one variety....Martin's Carrot Pepper, an old Amish OP'ed hot pepper that does this rather frequently. You're a baseball/softball fan, right? Remember the good ol' relief pitcher Rollie Fingers?? This pepper produces these handlebar moustache looking appendages near the stem fairly often....I'll try to search for a pic or two. see ya
