Default From sprouts to first blossom

I was just curious about the number of days it normally takes from for blossums to appear after a seedling sprouts. I know that is a broad question that could take a manual's worth of reply to factor in everything, but I'm asking in general terms for most beefsteak OP's. Just a basic rule of thumb.

My seedlings, many varieties, are approaching 8 weeks and I was interested to see when I might could expect some blossums. I bought two large plants a couple of weeks ago that were already blooming and now they already have marble size tomatoes. Next year I want to start earlier so I can have blossums by planting time, which is usually late April here. I don't think I'm going to see many, if any, blossoms in the next 2-3 weeks from this planting.

Thanks!

Don
