Interesting. I grew Copper River for the first time this past summer. I had the wettest June in 150+ years. I saved seeds from a lot of varieties that were not great for me, but I had a hunch it was because of the wet weather, and not the variety's fault. Copper River was one of those varieties. I'm glad I decided to save seeds.

For me it's always in flux. For them, there was a particularly memorable 2nd cluster Carbon in the middle of the summer that flat out beat everyone else. At least for their taste buds. I thought it was excellent. My exceptional ones this season have been: a relatively dry farmed NAR, a mid summer extra large Cosmonaut Volkov, a very ripe Tasmanian Chocolate from a week ago, and honorable mentions to mid summer Nicky Crain and Orange Minsk Heart. Just thinking about them made my mouth water as i typed this out. Quite a range of flavors, all grown in containers. |

Not very many of them look like tomatoes.
What is wrong with them? Worth |

Cold has been tough on them. A few days inside and they get pretty.

They will return. I would love to see how that plant performs in a good season, since it did as well as this in a very poor one.
