pmc,
I must admit if I had that many red ghost scorpions I'd be thinking of pest control applications... Honest, I'm totally chicken when it comes to superhots. I'd probably be afraid to use em as a weapon. |

I threw them in the dehydrator, tagged and bagged them...
Ate a dried Santaka on a sandwich tonight... That's as hot as I'm going. |

Picked a few peppers
I'm not sure what these are, they're not hot. Green Cowhorn peppers Cayenne and some corked Jalapenos Green Cayenne Jalapeno Habanero One of the Ghost plants still throwing flowers, I picked this plant of all colored peppers a week ago and it's loading up again. It just won't quit producing. Check out the stalk on this thing.

Drying the last batch of peppers (sweets and pablanos) for awhile, I might get 1-2 more pickings before frost, it was in the 90's yesterday so who knows?
Time to air out the dehydrator with a bunch of pears. I have a tree so loaded with pears it snapped 25% of its branches ( which says a lot about pruning, which was none). I'll still end up with a couple hundred pears. |
