I'm playing in the kitchen trying to make a persimmon hot sauce with Fatali, 7 Pot Primo and Habs. I almost have it where I want it but it's a test batch. It's not as hot as you would think but it's missing something.

Aji peppers
Growing 7 Aji variety this year, but 2 haven't produced until now, I'm finally getting a few red peppers off of them. None of the peppers look the same, what a diverse group. These were called Aji Largo, round little peppers? With black seeds and tendrils? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

The Big Mustard Mamma plants are still loaded with peppers, really all the plants are doing great since the temps are a little cooler than August. Coffee pod for size comparison.

pmcgrady - lovely pictures, as usual. Those Aji Largo are appealing to me, and I am not normally a "pepper person". Can you tell me your source of seed for those? (and just how hot was the after burn?)
